- 진단용: 검사에 필요한 Polysan 진단 시약 1종 이상과 세척한 슬라이드를 준비합니다. 슬라이드에 검사할 Polysan 진단 시약을 각각 1방울씩 놓습니다. 손끝에서 채취한 소량의 혈액을 진단 시약과 섞습니다. 항원-항체 반응이 있으면 응집 반응이 육안 또는 현미경으로 확인됩니다. 결과는 5분 이내에 판독해야 합니다.

- 10ml에 포함: Dr. Carl Spengler 방식의 D9 콜로이드 용액 10ml. Mycobacterium tuberculosis typus humanus, Mycobacterium tuberculosis typus brevis, Mycobacterium tuberculosis typus bovinus, Diplococcus pneumoniae, Streptococcus mucosus 항원과 고도로 면역된 토끼 혈액에서 얻은 해당 항독소가 들어 있습니다.
